If you have a claim, here are the basic steps…

1 Call us as soon as you can– no matter what time of day: 440-279-4111.
2 If there is no answer, please leave a message and we will respond ASAP. If you call after business hours but before midnight, your voice mail will be forwarded to our team. We will call you back by 7 AM at the latest, but usually sooner.
3 At that time, we will work with you to get the right information needed to quickly and accurately process your claim.
4 We will initiate a claim and an adjuster or other representative will contact you to get additional information and to make an appointment to prepare an estimate.
5 An adjuster will do a Damage Assessment and discuss repair/replacement options and service provider options for getting the necessary work done.
